Problems with API messaging "coreapp is not ready, Service not ready
We are actively monitoring and restarting the stacks that present errors in order to avoid the message service stopping in the meantime as META hasn't released any fix for this issue As soon as we have news of the issue in regards to when will be 100% stable we will update the status again.

### 360dialog - Root Cause Analysis **Issue description and impact:** At ~3:00pm UTC on 08/Feb/2023 we became aware of reports about a general instability in the platform. Upon investigation, the issue appeared to be related to a global issue at Meta / WhatsApp. **Cause of the issue:** We do not know the root cause of the issue as it did not occur on our infrastructure. We contacted Meta for comment but they have not provided details about the incident. **Mitigation Steps:** Meta resolved the issue by ~3:20pm UTC **Prevention of recurrence & suggestions:** We contacted Meta for comment but they have not yet provided details about the incident. However, they have since provided an update on their status page: *We are recovering from an earlier outage impacting send messages, receive messages, and services are in the process of being restored. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.*
