Resolved Maintenance Scheduled Database Maintenance
As announced previously, we're currently undergoing scheduled maintenance of our Database. We started this maintenance at 4am PST and expect to complete this work by 6am PST. During this time, users will be unable to use the Abstract Web App and Abstract Desktop App. An update will be posted here at 6am PST whether the maintenance is completed or requires additional time.
We’re investigating an issue in which some users aren't able to log in on the web or desktop apps due to being blocked from moving to the password page to enter their password.
We're currently investigating reports of problems with the Abstract plugin (254) in Sketch v80.
Resolved Major Authentication, Search, and Display errors
We're currently investigating issues authenticating with Abstract, which is leading to issues searching, opening, and displaying projects in both the Abstract Web App and Abstract Desktop.
We're investigating reports from some Abstract for Sketch users of problems with committing, merging, and syncing. We believe we've identified the issue and are working to deploy the fix.
There will be no more frantic searching for the source of the problem.
