Engineering is investigating login issues with Customer Insights. You may not be able to view your analytics dashboard within Customer Insights at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience and will continue to work with our third party provider to correct the problem as soon as possible. Only Customer Insights dashboard login is impacted. All core registration, authentication, and SSO services are functioning normally.

Resolved Minor Hosted Login increased error rate

Starting from 7:40 to 8:20 UTC we've experienced higher error rate for Hosted Login service in Europe. We were alerted and took preventive measures which allowed to recover service. As of now service is operating normally. We've identified root cause to be network connectivity problem and are working with our partners to get more details.
