This issue appears to have subsided. AppNeta Engineering will continue to monitor.
AppNeta Engineering is continuing to investigate this issue. The WebUI is still available, but logins and navigation through the system is still slow.
AppNeta Engineering has is aware of an issue causing slow login and navigation in the Web UI. We are investigating that issue and will post an update here shortly
