Azure network infrastructure is experiencing an outage in all regions. We are following the situation on https://status.azure.com/
Resolved Problem with Azure AD Integration not being able to process changes.
Some customers are currently affected by the Azure AD Integration not being able to process changes in groups. The issue has been identified and and a fix is being implemented.
Resolved Performance degradation on new Azure AD integration configuration in AskCody Management Portal
Following a release, some might have experienced problems with Azure AD configuration between 9:13 CET - 13:00 CET in the AskCody Management Portal. The release was rolled back and all services are now fully operational
Resolved Meetings not appearing in latest version of the AskCody Mobile app
Users that have updated the AskCody Mobile app to version 1.3.7 are not able to see their meetings in it. There is a workaround for making the meetings show again, which consists of uninstalling the app from the mobile device and reinstalling it. This should make the meetings appear again. However, our team is currently investigating the issue.

Resolved Performance degradation on new Azure AD integration changes/configuration in AskCody Management Portal
Following infrastructure maintenance we are currently experiencing performance degradation with AskCody Azure AD integration configuration and logging in the AskCody Management Portal. This only affects new changes/configuration being made in the Management Portal, not syncs currently running.
Resolved Server error in Welcome+ check-in screens

Resolved Intermittent errors in Meeting+ and Welcome+ add-ins when moving meetings
We have identified an issue affecting Meeting+ and Welcome+ when moving meetings that have existing orders or guest lists. We have found the root cause and are working on a fix.

Resolved Follow-up: Add-ins in Outlook on the web not loading
As a follow up to the previous incident reported on March 17, 2020 about the Add-ins in Outlook on the web not loading (https://status.onaskcody.com/incidents/h7x17wjw6zw5), the issue still seems to be present for a number of users. As stated in the previous incident report, Microsoft identified an issue on their end that caused this incident. Microsoft has stated that the issue will be fixed by the end of the week.
