Affected Users: Visitors and Hosts Region: Denmark We are currently experiencing issues with SMS' sent to Visitors and Hosts not being delivered on the carrier's end in Denmark. We have been in touch with the carrier, via Twilio, who are actively investigating the issue. Email notifications are not affected. The next update will be provided once we have updates from the carrier, no later than 31/03/2023 Degraded Performance Definition: The affected component is working but is slow or otherwise impacted in a minor way. Does not affect downtime.

Affected Users: Insights Administrators and Owner Role Users Region: All Customers We are currently experiencing issues with the synchronization of Bookings Insights data into the Management Portal. We are investigating the issue. Insights users will notice that no data since the 13th of March 2023 is available, and the synchronized values will be blank following this date. Services and Visitors Insights are not affected. The next update will be provided as we learn more about the issue, but by the 30th of March at the latest. Degraded Performance Definition: The affected component is working but is slow or otherwise impacted in a minor way. Does not affect downtime.

Affected Users: Integrations Administrator and Owner Role Users Region: All We are currently experiencing issues with the Logs page in the Azure Active Directory Integration, we are investigating the impact. When navigating to the logs page, you will see an Error message like the following: Unterminated string in JSON at position 106512 Link to page: https://portal.onaskcody.com/admin/azure-ad-sync-log This error message will prevent you from accessing the sync logs but will not impact the operation of the Azure AD Integration. Users and Hosts will continue to be synchronized. The next update will be provided as we learn more about the issue, but by the 29th of March at the latest. Degraded Performance Definition: The affected component is working but is slow or otherwise impacted in a minor way. Does not affect downtime.

In delegate senarios (adding a guest on behalf of someone else), users cannot select themselves to be notified, in the Visitors Add-in, in the Windows Outlook Client. We are currently investigating the issue. As a temporary workaround, Outlook on the Web can be used. Mac users are not affected.

Customers using Exchange Servers to Integrate with AskCody cannot update existing or create new Exchange Server Integrations, using Basic Authentication. This is not affecting our customers utilizing Modern Authentication to Integrate with Exchange Online. We are actively investigating the issue.

Critical Microsoft M365 Services, on which the AskCody platform depends, are only intermittently available. This causes degraded performance issues with the AskCody platform. We are currently investigating this and will keep you up to date.

The load times across the EU side of the platform are currently slow, and you may experience timeout errors. It is our understanding this is not related to the Major Outage experienced yesterday. We are currently implementing a fix and expecting results shortly.
