We are currently investigating problems when some users try to add Visitors or Expected Visitors in the AskCody Management Portal. The issues is not consistent but the page stalls and will result in a 500 internal server error and in some cases refreshing the page and trying again will help the issue. We are working to identify and solve this and will update Statuspage accordingly.
Resolved Minor Delegate Scenario: Problems using Services and Visitors add-ins on the newest Outlook Client versions
We are currently experiencing issues with delegate usage of Services and Visitors Add-ins on the newest Outlook Client Versions for MS365 (Current and Monthly release channels). The Add-in fails with Error code: ErrorAppointmentNotFound when using the add-in on behalf of another user(delegate). This only affects the Outlook Client and not Outlook on the web, so for a temporary workaround this can be used.
Resolved Minor Not able to open the Services Outlook Add-in if the service request is marked cancelled
We have identified an issue with the Services Outlook Add-in where the add-in opens with an exception "Unable to get property 'get' of undefined or null reference" if the request is marked cancelled. This also applies of only one of multiple requests is cancelled. The issue is identified and we are prioritizing finding a solution.
