Forge App Invocation partial outage
We have identified a problem with Forge App Invocation where some function invocations may have failed starting from 18th Sept 23:46 UTC. The Forge Platform experienced an outage due to an upstream failure in our AWS infrastructure. The following platform capabilities are experienced intermittent failure: - Forge app function invocation - Web triggers - Schedule triggers - Forge Storage - App Deployment This may result in apps not loading, or app failure from a user's perspective. Timeline 2023-09-18 19:30 UTC: impact start This AWS infrastructure incident also affects our products including Confluence and Jira. Loading of Forge Extensions degrades
Starting from 18th September, 7:00 AM UTC we are observing some degradation of successful Forge apps loading in Jira. The problem is not specific to any region, refreshing the page is a temporary mitigation. We will send the next comms around 5:00 PM UTC.

Data missing in licenses reports
There are ~500k licenses that had evaluationOpportunitySize, evaluationLicense, evaluationStartDate, evaluationEndDate, evaluationSaleDate fields that were incorrectly tagged as null. We have identified the root cause of the issue and deployed a fix that has updated these fields for these licenses to their correct values. We will be deploying the changes by 12:00 pm UTC. The refreshed data can be fetched using the lastUpdated field post that. We will keep you updated on further progress.
