Resolved Minor Reporting unavailable for some clients 8th Feb

On Tuesday 8th of February, some aXcelerate customers were unable to use the warehoused reports until 11am. This issue was caused by network traffic in AWS being slower than usual causing a database operation to be delayed. We have since improved this process to be able to handle delays and also improved our monitoring to be able to detect this earlier. Since this event, warehoused reporting for all the affected customers has worked as expected.

Resolved Minor Flooding affecting greater Brisbane region

We would like to advise that due to extreme weather and flooding in greater Brisbane affecting our office and the homes of some of our staff, wait times for our support services may be a little slower than usual. Our staff are all safe, and most are still able to continue working (from home). We want to assure you that our cloud services (including the aXcelerate platform) have not been impacted and are fully available. We will continue to provide updates on this page as they become available.

Resolved Minor Extended period of degraded performance for some customers - 17th Feb 2022

From 11:50 AM to 1:50 PM on Thursday 17th Feb, one group of aXcelerate customers experienced an extended period of degraded system performance with two brief outages (impacting one in eight customers in production). Average page load times were between 5 and 10 seconds during this period. At 12:43 AM and 1:28 PM there were outages for approximately two minutes in both instance. The issue was caused due to higher than expected traffic on these servers. In response, aXcelerate has increased the number of servers in the pool that supports these clients. We have also improved the alerts and notifications that will ensure we are able to respond to these types of events faster in future. As an ongoing activity, aXcelerate engineers will be working to improve the load balancer configuration that will allow servers to automatically scale up when traffic is higher than usual.

How can I be notified when aXcelerate is having issues?
You can subscribe for updates on the official status page or create an account in IsDown. We will send you a notification in real-time when aXcelerate has issues.
Why use IsDown?
We want to keep you updated on the status of the services that impact your company. You can setup a notification via email, Slack, or Discord when a service you monitor has issues or when maintenances are scheduled.
What happens when I create an account?
You'll have access to a 14-day trial in our Pro plan. You can cancel or delete your account anytime. After 14 days, you'll need to subscribe to continue to use the service and get notifications.
How can I pay for a subscription?
You can go to the Billing section in your account, and choose one of the plan. We've monthly and yearly options. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Play. We use Stripe for payments.
Can I get a refund?
We'll refund your subscription if you cancel it until ten days after the subscription has started. No questions asked.
