Starting as early as 07:30 UTC on 16 Feb 2022, customers using SQL Database in West Europe may experience errors when attempting to connect to databases. Logins may be successful, however connections may still result in failures. Some customers utilizing Azure App Services in West Europe may also experience issue with service management operations such as site create, delete and move their resources in this region. Autoscaling and loading site metrics may also be impacted.Current Status: As of 15:30 UTC we have observed recovery for the majority of impacted customers, and engineers are continuing to investigate to ensure that the full underlying cause is understood and has been mitigated. A further update will be provided in 60 minutes or as events warrant.
