Degraded performance: Webhooks delays and dashboard data delays
From approximately 2:35pm to 4pm PT, we experienced issues with an internal-facing system that resulted in delays firing webhooks along with flags and actions temporarily not being surfaced in the Berbix dashboard for transactions completed during the incident. By approximately 4pm PT, our system was back to processing webhooks at a normal rate and had processed the delayed webhooks. Flags and actions in the dashboard for transactions completed during the incident would have also appeared on or before 4pm. No data was lost. Calls to the /v0/transactions API endpoint would have still returned transaction metadata normally, including flags and actions, but calls to that endpoint may have had elevated latency in some cases during the incident. Other API endpoints and were not affected. End users would have been able to complete transactions normally during this time. The Berbix team will take steps to prevent this issue from recurring.

Degraded performance for Google Cloud's Cloud Firestore is impacting Berbix's API performance, which affects the Dashboard and SDKs in addition to direct API calls. Engineering team is monitoring and working on mitigating fixes. This is resulting in 500 responses for a subset of API calls. https://status.cloud.google.com/incidents/WXwFb7tx1XvHyGaxwdYs
