Resolved Delayed Workflow Triggers & Dashboard not loading

Between 10:38am and 11:30am on 10/04/2021, there was a database outage that is causing Alerts-based Workflow triggers to be delayed while we process the queued backlog of events. We are working to processing this traffic and get your Workflow triggers operating in a timely fashion. The BetterCloud Dashboard is also experiencing issues loading, and we are working on getting that operational again. We are currently investigating an issue that is preventing Alerts and Alerts-based Workflows from triggering. Custom Workflow triggers and events-based Workflows are still running as expected.
