Resolved Microsoft Outage
Microsoft 365 and Azure AD integrations are affected by an ongoing Microsoft outage, which we've linked to here. Until this outage is resolved, all Workflows will be delayed, Microsoft 365/Azure AD actions may fail, and Microsoft 365 integrations may be automatically suspended. Resolved Suspended Integrations
We have identified the root cause of an issue that is causing some integrations to become suspended unexpectedly and temporarily prevented some users from accessing the g.bettercloud.com interface. We are working on a remediation plan.
Resolved Alerts Triggering Unexpectedly

Resolved Delayed File Updates
We have identified an issue preventing some Google, Slack, and Box File updates from syncing into BetterCloud between 2:30pm ET on 01/19 and 10pm ET on 1/27. Remediation is underway as we process through the delayed File traffic. We apologize for any inconvenience and will provide regular updates on our progress here.
Resolved Slack service disruption
Slack has reported a service disruption that has impacted actions, workflows, and alerts associated with this integration for a minimal customer subset. You can track the status of this outage on Slack's status page here: https://status.slack.com/2021-01/9ecc1bc75347b6d1 While the outage is not officially resolved by Slack, we are witnessing mostly successful processing of requests for this integration at this time and failures are minimal as it appears the outage is subsiding. Our Engineering team is tracking any failures and reprocessing them as necessary. No action is required on your part to remediate these failures if you were impacted. We'll continue to provide updates until the incident has been reported as fully resolved.
Resolved Google Drive trash items will be automatically deleted after 30 days starting on October 13, 2020
Due to a change in Google Drive's trash retention policy, Google Drive updates may temporarily take longer than usual to be reflected in the Files list. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our Support team.
Resolved Activity based syncs delayed in BetterCloud
We have identified an issue causing delays with the processing of Okta/Dropbox/Box/Google asset and Directory events in BetterCloud and our team is actively working towards a resolution. Resolved Directory updates delayed
