Resolved BitMEX.com Homepage Outage
We’re aware of an issue with the bitmex.com homepage and are investigating urgently. The BitMEX trading platform is not impacted and web users can access the trading platform via https://www.bitmex.com/app/trade. A further update will be provided here ASAP. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Resolved TradingView Chart Display Issue for Some Users
We have identified an issue with the proper rendering of the TradingView chart, which in some cases may not be visible for users. We're working to implement a fix in the short term and will share an update ASAP. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
Resolved Interrupted access to BitMEX via web frontend for some users
We’re aware of an issue impacting some users accessing BitMEX via our web frontend. This is related to a change made earlier today, and we are completing the rollback of the aspects of this change which are adversely impacting some users. A further update will be provided ASAP. All user funds are safe, and trading on the BitMEX platform is not otherwise affected.
