Resolved [Minor] Some Users Unable to View All Files Pages
We are currently investigating an issue where some users may be unable to view their All Files page after logging in with MFA. We will provide additional information as it becomes available.
Resolved [Critical] Issue with Box Embed Uploads
We are currently investigating an issue with Box Embed widget starting Sept 24th 6 AM PDT, uploads to Box via the embed will result in an error: "Something went wrong with the upload. Please Try Again." This will affect any Box Embed widget including customers using Netsuite and Salesforce integrations. Refreshing the page containing the asset will show that the files did upload successfully and that the error appears to be a false positive.
Resolved [Major] Issue delayed information in Admin Reports
We are currently investigating an issue that is impacting information in exported reporting on the new Data Platform (https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360056766673-Viewing-Report-Status). Users may not see recent information for reports. Information can still be found by running the report as 'view' or accessing through Events API stream. We will return with more information soon.
