We have identified an issue related to uploads and downloads and are taking steps to remediate. The impact is isolated to a small subset of customers that use Box Zones.

Resolved [Minor] Missing Events in Exported User Activity Reports from the Admin Console

We are investigating an issue impacting User Activity Reports run by Admin/Co-Admins in the Admin Console. Exports of these reports may be missing events starting around November 9th, which does not match what is displayed in the Admin Console. We will provide another update by 5pm Pacific today or at the next change in status.

We are investigating latency with syncing from the Box Web Application to Box Applications: Box Drive, and Box Sync. Any changes in Box will not reflect within Drive or Sync. Any changes within Drive or Sync will only reflect within the Web Application.

Resolved [Minor] Issues with Email Notification Delivery

We are currently investigating an issue with sending notification emails for confirmation, uploads, downloads, previews, deletes, and comments. The affected email types are not currently being sent, but are still being queued for delivery. We will provide more updates as soon as possible.
