Resolved Accounts Unavailable - EU Hosted Accounts
We are currently investigating reports of customers being unable to access EU accounts. Please note that your account is hosted on our EU datacentre if the URL of your account begins with: https://euw1.brightpearl.com/ We will post further updates on this page once we have identified what is causing this.
Resolved Order search modified behaviour
We are aware of a change in the default behaviour for the order search functionality and are investigating. Please note the search is returning valid results for the last 30 days, and the report screen can be filtered for a broader date range to return further results.

Resolved Slowness and whoops errors
We are currently investigating an issue with users experiencing slowness and intermittent whoops errors when using Brightpearl.
Resolved Orders from channels not downloading
We are currently investigating an issue with some orders not downloading from Shopify, Magento or BigCommerce.
Some new orders are not being picked up by Automation. Our development team have identified the issue and are working on a fix.
Resolved Issue with creating manual orders
We are aware of an issue resulting in a blank screen when attempting to create a new order in the Brightpearl back office.
Resolved Shipstation Delays
We are experiencing delays with Brightpearl orders flowing into ShipStation, although not a full outage. Please do not click the resync button in ShipStation as it will cause more delays.
Resolved Shipstation 503 Errors
The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.
