Our 3rd Party SMS/ Messaging Provider's monitoring systems have detected a potential issue with SMS delivery to US and Canada networks. Their engineering team is actively investigating. We will update as soon as we have more information.

We have been made aware of some isolated issues with auto-dispatch assignments which may be affecting some customers. We believe we have successfully identified the cause of the issue and a fix has been implemented. We are monitoring the rollout and impact.

Our 3rd Party SMS/ Messaging Provider has informed us that they are investigating possible issues with the delivery of SMS/MMS messaging in some countries. So far, we have not seen any indications or received any reports of issues, but we will continue to monitor the situation.
