Latency with TSYS gateway causing some credit card transactions to fail
The TSYS gateway is currently experiencing some intermittent latency and causing some credit card transactions to fail. Most of them are going through fine, but some are failing intermittently. If you notice it is failing with an error message, please wait for some time and try again. This has a global impact and we are monitoring the status here: https://status.transactiongateway.com/ This does not impact ACH.

Intermittent Email Issues
Our email provider is experiencing intermittent issues with sending emails. If you receive an error when sending, please try again as the issues are intermittent. This does not impact emails sent using the Gmail integration. We are closely monitoring the situation with our provider.

Some users cannot access the app
There are some upstream DNS issues that seem to be impacting access to the app for some users. It seems that accessing from a phone that is disconnected from Wifi will work around the issue for now. We are investigating further and whether than can be other mitigations while our provider works to resolve the issue.
