We are looking into what seems to be a network level outage within the Vancouver data center. For approx 30 minutes, our monitoring tools show that our servers in this data center were unreachable. Everything is online now and we will continue monitoring. We are waiting for feedback from our data center vendor to confirm.

Phone Registration - East Coast
We are seeing an issue with our session border controller platform specifically out of the Virginia data cetner. Most customers should automatically fail over to a sister data cetner for Physical device and adapter registration. We are working on resolving this issue.
