Inbound calls to Australian phone numbers

Our upstream carrier in Australia is having issues with inbound calls to dids from landline and mobile

Our carrier has confirmed this issue and us actively working with landline and mobile backhaul providers

In about half of the attempts to divert to other numbers we have been successful the

Latest update from our carrier

“We are seeing call routing restoring on several services that were impacted.

I am expecting all services to return within this hour. However, I will not say it is resolved until I see all of the services with uninterrupted routing for some time.”

Once we receive more information we will update this incident.

“I've been advised the issue has been resolved.

More details will be provided by the NOC team once they have PIR ready.”

We are seeing signs of similar issues to the original incident and have reported and working with our vendor again
