Issue in Chicago Data Center

We have identified a cluster in our Chicago data center that is having issues and some accounts are not responding properly. This has been escalated to our engineering team who is actively working on this now

We are almost done remediating the issue in our Chicago data center. 98% operational and working on the last few accounts that need attention.

At this time all accounts should be working normally. We are working on a block of accounts that need to be adjusted so that they can be access normally in bvoip control portal

Earlier today the remaining cleanup of Chicago based accounts that were affected earlier were resolved. We are leaving this is monitoring status

All still behaving properly in our Chicago Data Center. We are still working with our vendor in that location to review some items and will leave this incident open until that is completed.
