Some customer payments are failing

Some of our customer payments are failing with the "Declined" message. We've taken our payment processing offline. This means customers that have a card saved should be able to continue sending and we'll process the payments once the payment processor is back online. We'll continue to investigate and will update with more details when they are available.

It's not possible to access our main campaignmonitor.com website at this time, our team are working on fixing this now. It's still possible to login to your account without any issues, if you don't know your account URL, you can use https://login.createsend.com/l to login. It's also possible to access our https://help.campaignmonitor.com support site without any problems.
