Resolved Some customer payments are failing
Some of our customer payments are failing with the "Declined" message. We've taken our payment processing offline. This means customers that have a card saved should be able to continue sending and we'll process the payments once the payment processor is back online. We'll continue to investigate and will update with more details when they are available.
Resolved Problems accessing our main website at campaignmonitor.com
It's not possible to access our main campaignmonitor.com website at this time, our team are working on fixing this now. It's still possible to login to your account without any issues, if you don't know your account URL, you can use https://login.createsend.com/l to login. It's also possible to access our https://help.campaignmonitor.com support site without any problems.
Resolved Log In Issues
Our team is investigating an issue that is affecting some users' ability to log in to the application.
Resolved Delays in Transactional reporting
We have deployed a fix to address customer reports of delays in Transactional sending and reporting. Transactional sending has now caught up, however Transactional reporting data is still being backfilled.
Resolved Issues Generating New API Keys
We are currently investigating reports of some users being unable to view or generate API Keys.
Resolved Issues logging into accounts
We're currently looking into reports that customers are experiencing issues when attempting to login to their accounts. As soon as we have more information, we will post it here.
Resolved Sending issues
We are currently investigating reports of unexpected bounces and sending issues. This may affect all sends including Campaign, Journey, Transactional, and test emails.
Resolved Login and account access issues
We are currently investigating reports of users being unable to log in and access accounts.
Resolved Issues with Logging In
We are currently seeing reports of issues with logging in via Custom Domain URLs. This may also be affecting custom domain links in campaigns.
