Due to the AWS outages that occurred on Tuesday, December 7th, Shopify data for products was not received for approximately 24 hours. If you are experiencing product data sync issues, this may mean your product needs to be synced to the app again. You can edit the product in Shopify by saving it as a draft, and then set it right back to active and saving.
Order data for the outage period has been restored.
We have implemented a fix to begin to sync missing order data from the AWS outage period. If you are experiencing product data sync issues, this may mean your product needs to be synced to the app again. You can edit the product in Shopify by saving it as a draft, and then set it right back to active and saving.
Due to the AWS outages that occurred on Tuesday, December 7th, Shopify data for products, orders and stores was not received for approximately 24 hours. Our engineering team has resolved new data moving forward, however we are still working on a plan to retrieve data for the missing time period.
