Convera has notified Central1 they are experiencing system issues due to a result of the maintenance that Convera completed over the weekend (CHG130713). Users are not able to access FX Drafts and are receiving a service unavailable error message. Central 1 and Convera’s technical teams are currenting investigating. Convera (previously known as Western Union) has notified Central 1 they are experiencing system issues and credit unions trying to order a draft will not be able to access the FX Drafts system. Users are receiving a service unavailable error message when accessing FX Drafts.
