Outage Details

An incident has been discovered in Digital Banking Core Release 682. When adding or editing the Interac Sender Profile in the Mobile App, the user may see an error when saving the change that says "This service is not available right now". The issue is intermittent and there is no impact to users who do not add or update their Interac Profile through the app. Workarounds are to close the app, re-open and try again; Or use Desktop/MobileWeb to update the Interac Profile. Central 1 is working on a new production release to correct this incident. We will provide an update on or before Monday January 16th, 12pm PT / 3pm ET. The fix has been successfully deployed today in Build 682.1. This incident is resolved.

A fix has been applied to core and is scheduled for Production Emergency Release 682.1 on Wednesday January 18, 2023.

We will provide an update on or before January 17 if there are any changes.
