Central 1 has been informed this is now resolved. Publishing jobs that were hanging should now be published, however if you see your publishing job still hanging, you may want to end the job and re-publish.
Please be aware that Central 1 has raised an incident with OpenText to review errors with publishing changes for E-Studio/TeamSite 20.
