We are currently investigating an issue which is causing chat channels to prematurely archive before operators are able to respond. We will post an update when we know more.
Resolved Minor Chat channels not being created
It seems Slack has errors with their API: https://status.slack.com/. This is causing intermittent errors down the line when Chatlio tries to create channels. For the time being, we can suggest turning your chat widget offline to avoid missed chats. We're monitoring the situation and will update you when Slack has resolved the errors.
Resolved Minor Operating hours not activating
We're currently investigating an issue with our Operating Hours scheduling function. We've had reports of schedules not activating. Our engineering team are investigating and will provide an update soon.
