Resolved New customers unable to create environments using CCM (Cluster Connectivity Manager)

Customers of CDP Public Cloud create environments in their private networks using the Cluster Connectivity Manager (CCM) feature. Every new customer to CDP Public Cloud needs to be allocated a unique Elastic IP and port combination for this feature. Due to a shortage of allocatable EIP resources, the allocation of this network infrastructure is currently failing for new customers. This in turn would cause environment creation on private networks to fail. Note that this only impacts new customers. Existing customers who have already on-boarded to CDP Public Cloud will continue to work. They can also create new environments as needed.

Resolved CDE is currently experiencing issues

We are experiencing an issue with the CDE control plane that is causing loss of CDE availability. We are investigating this issue and expect resolution soon.

Resolved Creating CML GPU workspaces on Azure

CML GPU workspace creation is currently not working due to an Azure issue. We will update this message when it is resolved.

Resolved Incomplete application update

We are releasing a fix to an incomplete application maintenance update.

Resolved CDW deployments may fail in Azure.

Resolved CML deployments may fail in Azure's West Europe region

Some CML (Cloudera Machine Learning) deployments are failing in Azure's "West Europe" region. This appears to be due to issues in the Azure API. We are working closely with Microsoft to resolve.

Resolved Data Lake Upgrades May Fail

We are currently experiencing an issue where Data Lake Cluster Upgrades are failing. We are investigating this issue and expect resolution soon. All other functions are operating normally and existing clusters are not affected. Please do not attempt Data Lake upgrades until further notice.

Resolved Data hub cluster creation may fail.
