Delays in email delivery status updates

Our email system is currently experiencing degraded performance, engineering is aware of the issue and working toward a mitigation.

Please note that no emails will be lost, however they will be delayed until mitigations are in place.

Engineering has identified that some classes of emails are not being flagged correctly as “sent” in the UI, when they have in-fact been sent. If any emails are delayed as part of correcting this issue they will be sent as soon as mitigations are in place.

Engineers are continuing to work towards identifying a solution for this incident. We will provide our next update no later than 9:15 AM CT.

Engineering is continuing to work on this incident. At this time email blasts are sending normally. Transactional emails such as reminders, emails based on automation triggers and one-to-one messages are delayed. Our next update will be no later than 10:24 AM CT.
