Confluence Cloud: partial outage on Asia-Pacific region

All instances previously impacted have been verified and all known customer impact specific to this issue has been resolved.

All affected instances have received the fix and normal service should be restored; we are monitoring to confirm.

Approximately 90% of the effected instances have received the fix; we expect the remaining instances to receive the fix in the next few hours.

We are continuing to monitor fixed instances.

We are deploying the fix to the remaining effected instances and continuing to monitor for other issues.

We have confirmed the fix and are rolling it out to the remaining effected instances.

A fix has been implemented on one of the impacted DB instances, and we are monitoring the results.

We will deploy the fix out to the other impacted DB as soon as it has been verified.

We're experiencing an elevated level of errors for a subset of customers in the Asia-Pacific region and are currently working on the issue.

We are investigating reports of intermittent errors for some Confluence Cloud customers in the Asia-Pacific region. We will provide more details once we identify the root cause.
