Resolved Degraded Google sync in German data center
We are seeing a heightened level of errors with the Google synchronization process in our German data center since around 08:30 UTC. From our initial investigations the errors appear to be network-related, with some nodes seeing a higher level of errors than others.

Resolved US data center outage
We have identified an issue with the US data center, meaning that customers will experience issues using api.cronofy.com and app.cronofy.com. We are investigating the issue and will update once we know more. In the meantime, please direct questions to [email protected]

We have identified an issue with the Evernote connector and are working with Evernote to resolve it.
Resolved High error rates for Microsoft 365 calendars
Microsoft have an ongoing incident affecting the access to 365 services, which includes calendars. Their reference for this is EX244931. They report that the impact is specific to users hosted in Europe, Middle East, and Africa. We are seeing elevated error rates for 365 calendars across all data centers as the location of our data centers does not necessarily correlate to the location of user calendars. We have prevented credentials being marked as invalid for these calendars as during such incidents this can sometimes happen incorrectly. We are continuing to monitor the situation, all other services are functioning as normal.
