Outage Details

We've been getting some reports from users who are on version 6.2222.3, that their vault is not loading after successfully logging in. Our engineers are aware of this and currently investigating the issue.

Regarding the vault access disruptions issue, it has been identified that updating your Dashlane browser and extension to the latest version 6.2224 solves the issues. If you are still experiencing problems regarding this please reach out to support.
