A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.
We are currently experiencing a technical problem with our Certificate Request Approval system and are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Currently when approving a certificate request, within the UI, you will be met with a System Unavailable error. API approvals are still working correctly.
