Network Connectivity in SGP1
Our Engineering team has identified an issue with an upstream provider causing packet-loss and increased latency in the SGP1 region. The team has implemented a fix to reroute traffic and restore connectivity. Between approximately 14:12 UTC and 17:22 UTC, users may have experienced missing metrics on their resource graphs, delays in loading the Volumes page on the cloud panel, and errors trying to create new Volumes.
