Resolved Issues creating Tasks

We are currently investigating an issue that appears to have begun Saturday afternoon, April 10th. Tasks cannot be created with the Open or In Progress status on the web. Tasks cannot be created with the Open status on the EHR iOS app. We apologize for this inconvenience and will provide an update as we have more information.

Resolved Eligibility and PRE Transaction Errors for TriZetto Users

TriZetto Provider Solutions (TPS) is currently experiencing an issue with Eligibility and PRE that require an emergency maintenance. Attempts to submit Eligibility and PRE transactions during this time will result in time-out errors. All transactions will resume processing once this maintenance has been completed. TriZetto is working to correct the issue as quickly as possible. At this time, TriZetto does not have an estimated time of completion. Trizetto teams are working around the clock to restore services.

Resolved Emdeon Eligibility Service Unavailable

Our team has identified an issue with Emdeon users submitting eligibility checks in the DrChrono platform. Users may be receiving 503 errors when attempting to run the eligibility for a patient. We are working with Emdeon to resolve the issue and will update once we have additional information.
