Page scrolling issue on the additional tab section for clinical notes
Our team has identified an issue related to page scrolling on the additional section (tab) on the clinical notes page where it appears as frozen. This affects the visibility of the forms on the lower section of the list. Our engineering team is currently testing the possible solution to this issue and will be applying this shortly once verified. Slowness with Clinical Notes and Patient Consent Forms previewing and signing
Based on reports from customers and our internal tracking tools, our development team has identified a degradation issue impacting the rendering of PDFs and the signing of these PDFs, including clinical notes and patient consent forms. Our team is working on determining the best fix and a plan for implementation of the fix with the least possible risk to platform traffic. We have escalated this issue to the highest priority and will continue to provide updates as we have them.
