We are currently investigating connectivity issues affecting customers on the ISP Frontier attempting to connect to the DreamHost Web Panel and DreamHost Email. We are closely monitoring the situation and will be posting periodic updates as further information becomes available.
Our network engineers have ascertained that Frontier is dropping traffic to or from our prefixes at the edge of their network, and that this will need to be resolved on their end. Please contact Frontier support if you're impacted by this issue. We will continue monitoring the situation and will provide updated information as it becomes available.
