After we implemented some fix, the issue with Orders (Ecwid Admin) and Checkout pages (Storefront) got improved. Ecwid stores should be working fine now. We are still monitoring this situation to ensure it is stable.

At the moment we're found out that the the issue was caused by the increased system load, the developers are fixing the issue source at the moment.
Currently about 2% of Ecwid accounts may experience a downtime, to be more precise — your sales page (<a href=“https://my.ecwid.com/cp/#orders”>Ecwid admin → My Sales → Orders</a>) and the store checkout are not loading or are loading slowly. You may see the ‘We are having technical issues’ error in your control panel and the customers can’t proceed to place an order. We are urgently working on a fix. All your data (products, orders, customer details, store settings, etc) is safe and intact. The sales page and control panels will be up and running once we fix the problem.
