Resolved Provider connectivity issues in AWS eu-central-1 region
We are currently experiencing connectivity issues in our AWS eu-central-1 region, specifically in the eu-central-1c zone. We are monitoring the situation and working to minimize the impact for customers where possible. Customers may see higher latency while connecting to their deployments while we adjust proxy capacity and deployment changes may fail during this time. Resolved Issues accessing the Elastic Cloud user management console
Customers accessing cloud.elastic.co can be experiencing a high error rate. Access to Elastic deployments is not affected. The issue is tracked by our upstream CDN provider at https://status.fastly.com/incidents/vpk0ssybt3bj. Next update in 30'.
Resolved Account usage data not available for preview in user console
We are working to remediate a data rendering issue in the account usage page in user console. The current month-to-date usage data is not available for preview. We will provide update as new information will become available.
Resolved Coordination layer issues in AWS N. Virginia (us-east-1)
We’ve received a number of alerts for the coordination layer in us-east-1 and are investigating the issue. Existing deployments should continue functioning normally but deployment CRUD operations may fail.
