Minor Incident Issues with Usage Statements
We've identified an issue with the Credit Balance and Active Credits sections of some Usage Statements for the March, April and May 2022 billing periods. The issue impacts the totals displayed in the PDF reports only, not the actual credit balances or billed amounts. We're working on a fix and will be correcting the affected reports.
Resolved Minor Investigating failures to multiple deployment hosts in many Azure regions
We're investigating a situation in many Azure regions (including but not limited to Australia East, Southeast Asia, East US 2, South Central US) where multiple deployment hosts were terminated in parallel due to Azure maintenance operations. We're currently trying to determine customer impact. We're in contact with Azure and we'll provide more details in 1 hour.
Resolved Minor Delay in Email Delivery
Customers may have experienced delays in delivery of emails from the Cloud Console and Elasticsearch watches starting at 12:05 UTC today due to an incident with our email delivery provider, Mailgun. Please check https://status.mailgun.com/incidents/gcm3zw1lvfl4 for latest status. We are monitoring the situation and at this time emails are being delivered however the Mailgun incident remains open.
Resolved Minor Connectivity issues in GCP asia-south1
We are experiencing network connectivity issues from our control plane to GCP asia-south1. Customers will be able to access their deployments in the affected region but they won't be able to make any changes to them.
