We are currently investigating reports of Bitcoin balances not appearing in the wallet. Enjin receives balances and price data from a third party, and so we are actively checking into this issue.
Resolved Elevated Report of Errors - Enjin Wallet
We are currently aware of an elevated report of errors revolving around the Bitcoin functionality in the Enjin Wallet. We are working hard to restore the affected functionality.
Resolved Wallet / Explorer Outage
We have identified an outage within one of our core systems and are actively working on a fix to restore connectivity to the Enjin Wallet and EnjinX Blockchain Explorer. We apologise for any inconvenience that may be caused and will keep you updated as the fix is released.

We are investigating reports of ERC-20 tokens not having their associated prices. Enjin receives price data from a third party and so we are actively consulting with them for further information in relation to this issue.

We received elevated reports of errors for the EnjinX explorer and the Enjin Wallet. We are monitoring the health of all of our services and you may see degraded performance. We apologise for any inconvenience caused as a result of this unexpected outage.
Resolved Customers Unable to Receive Support Replies
We have received reports that some of our customers are not receiving the replies sent by our support team. We are in-contact with our support ticketing provider and are awaiting for a resolution. You can still send support tickets, as we're receiving them, although you may not receive a reply until this issue has been resolved. We are aware of an issue wherein the EnjinX and Enjin Wallet are unavailable in certain regions, we are actively working on a fix.

We have been informed, by our server provider, that they are experiencing a network-wide outage which has resulted in the EnjinCraft Demo Server being temporarily unavailable. We are awaiting to hear for more details from them regarding the availability.
