Resolved Web Recording Experience Impacted
We are investigating an issue that is causing a checkered pattern when attempting to use the camera within the Edge, Chrome, and Firefox browsers. This is impacting the ability to record videos from your browser. We will provide an update as soon as we have a resolution identified.
Resolved Microsoft Accounts can't sign in or join Flipgrid
Educators, students and families using Microsoft Accounts are unable to sign into Flipgrid or join Flipgrid groups. Microsoft is actively investigating this issue that impacts Flipgrid as well as other Microsoft applications. Resolved Video Transcripts Processing Delay
You may experience delays with viewing transcripts (closed captions) on your recorded videos. No data has been lost and the system will process all transcript requests as soon as we identify a resolution.
Resolved Intermittent Slow Loading
You may experience intermittent slow loading times when using the Educator Dashboard or in viewing/recording responses. We have identified the issue and are working quickly to resolve.
