Resolved 911 address provisioning
We have identified an issue with adding new E911 addresses and applying it to numbers in the Flowroute portal and via API. You may receive an error message stating that the address could not be geo-coded or E911 Setup Failed.
Resolved One of our peers is experiencing issues with CNAM look-up requests. Caller ID may appear incomplete on inbound calls.
We are investigating this issue along with our peers. A fix is being implemented. Future updates are posted as they appear.
