Ongoing [3rd Party Downtime] - Sterling Bank — "Pay with Bank" — NIGERIA

We are aware of an issue currently affecting deposits via Sterling Bank account payment option. Impact: All deposit attempts via Sterling Bank will return response: "Could not retrieve account details". Status: Issue has been escalated to the bank for resolve. We do not have an ETA just yet but we will post another update as soon as we learn.

NIP transactions to Keystone bank are failing. Challenge: No response to transaction requests. Keystone Bank's technical team is currently working to resolve the challenge. An update will be provided once this is resolved.

We are currently experiencing an issue with KES mobile money payouts, this has been escalated to our partners. They have informed us that they are currently working on this and they will keep us updated as the situation progresses.

We are aware of an issue currently affecting deposits via Zenith Bank account payment option; on Checkout and via API. Impact: All deposit attempts via Zenith Bank will return response: "Transaction Failed. Please try again". Status: The issue has been escalated to the bank for resolve. We do not have an ETA just yet but we will post another update as soon as we learn.

We are currently experiencing an issue with KES Mpesa payouts. Transfers are pending without final statuses, this has been shared with the partner. We will revert as soon as we learn more.

Late response to transaction requests. NIP transactions to Union Bank are failing. Union Bank's technical team is currently working to resolve the challenge. We shall provide an update as soon as this has been resolved.

We’re currently investigating a potential service interruption on M-Pesa (Kenya) causing transaction attempts to fail with the response: "Bad request-invalid amount." We have escalated to the partner and will post another update as soon as we learn.
