Resolved SEPA Instant Admission Degradation

Form3 have received an alert related to the SEPA Instant Direct Service. Payment submissions are processing as expected, however, we are seeing a number of reversals for payment admissions. We continue to investigate and will provide an update as the situation progresses.

Form3 have received an alert related to the FPS Indirect Service, we are aware of the issue on our Indirect Partner's infrastructure. During this time, admissions and submissions are experiencing a delay. We are monitoring the issue and are working with our Indirect Partner to resolve the issue.

Resolved SEPA Instant Planned Maintenance - 17/12/20

As advised to customers, we will be conducting necessary maintenance on the SEPA Instant service from 03:00 UTC. During this time, customers may see a delay to admission processing and some admission timeouts. Our engineers are tracking payment processing throughout the release and an update will be provided if any adverse behaviour is identified. We will advise once service has returned to normal and processing has resumed.

Form3 have received an alert related to the SEPA Instant Direct Service. We have seen a large burst of reversals from 22:53 UTC. We are investigating and will provide further updates as soon as we can.
