We have adjusted the flow of the traffic and the system is working once again.
The issue has been identified by one of our transit providers in Frankfurt - Level 3.
It appears that there is a fiber cut between Copenhagen, Denmark and Hamburg, Germany affecting the connectivity between our internal API and the public API.
No ETA has been provided for a fix and we are working on changing the route of the traffic to temporary resolve this.
We are currently experiencing network issues and our team is investigating further into this.
