Equifax Incident - DVS - NT birth, marriage and change of name certificates
Customers experienced slow response time and/or intermittent failures of “Service Name”. “Report name” was also unavailable for download during the incident. This lasted for half an hour and is resolved now.

We are currently experiencing an elevated level of API errors and are currently looking into the issue. Checks on Australian data sources through Equifax are experiencing intermittent timeouts.
