Resolved Minor Issues affecting SSO logins and Geckoboard lite

We've identified issues with one of our hosting providers that are preventing customers who use SSO to sign into Geckoboard from doing so. These customers may experience a blank screen or error page during the login process. Customers who sign into Geckoboard directly with their email and password should be unaffected. The same issue is also affecting customers who are using Geckoboard lite to display their dashboards on old TVs/devices. For these customers, some widgets may not be loading correctly. Dashboards for other customers should be unaffected. We're currently monitoring both situations, and doing all we can to resolve it as soon as possible. We'll keep you updated.

You can go to the Billing section in your account and choose one of the plans. We have monthly and yearly options. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Play. We use Stripe for payments.
Can I get a refund?
We'll refund your subscription if you cancel it until ten days after the subscription has started. No questions asked.
