After monitoring Gem Campaigns, we're seeing resolution of the issue. Campaigns are now sending emails as expected. Sequences and other Gem Outreach were not impacted for the duration of this issue. Additional preventative measures will be reviewed and implemented to avoid further incidents.
A fix has been implemented by our engineering team to correct and issue with Campaigns. Sequences and other Gem Outreach were not impacted in any way. We are monitoring the fix for any further issues.
Our engineering team identified that a few of our customers are experiencing an issue where campaigns are not sending emails out properly. Our team is currently investigating the issue and will provide updates as we learn more.
