Resolved Carrier Issues are causing an increased level of call failures.

We are currently experiencing issues advancing calls through our telephony platforms workflow to consistently reach our agents and interpreters. We are actively working on resolving this issue with our telephony team. At this time some of our inbound calls are not reaching their intended recipient. Next update in 30 minutes.

Resolved SSL Issues

We have identified an issue with our SSL Certificate which we are working to resolve. There is currently no risk to security however our SSL provider removed our current certificate accidentally. If you get any security errors when accessing GLOBO HQ these should resolve once our new SSL Certificate is in place.

Our voice platform is reporting issues on their network preventing call control, recording and conferencing from working correctly. They are investigating the issue and will provide us with updates until the issue is resolved.

We are noticing an increase in the error rate in the database layer of our application which is leading to some issues with our portal application. This is also causing connection issues in our Voice and Video platforms as well as longer then normal hold times. We are working with our database vendor to resolve these issues as quickly as possible.
