Resolved Outbound Call Outage
Our telephony provider is currently experiencing a massive issue with outbound calls that is preventing us from connecting inbound callers to resources. They are currently investigating the issue.
Resolved Degraded Performance in GLOBO HQ
We are experiencing an issue with performance in our Database which is causing general performance issues in GLOBO HQ. We are working with our database provider to resolve as quickly as possible.
Resolved Database Migration causing Portal Ourage
A database migration is taking longer than expected and is causing some users to get errors while access GLOBO HQ. This should be resolved shortly once the migration completed.
Resolved SSL Issues
We have identified an issue with our SSL Certificate which we are working to resolve. There is currently no risk to security however our SSL provider removed our current certificate accidentally. If you get any security errors when accessing GLOBO HQ these should resolve once our new SSL Certificate is in place.
