Resolved Minor Degraded Performance - Electronic Agreements / Contracts

We've been made aware by our E-Agreement / Digital Contract partner, Pandadoc, that they are currently experiencing an outage. As a result, if you use our integrated E-Agreement / Digital Contract functionality, you may experience errors loading the below pages within your glofox dashboard at this time: 1) Member Access Tab (for access monitoring) 2) The Member Details Tab (where E-agreements / Digital Contracts are stored) In addition, E-agreements / Digital Contracts may not be generated at this time, nor will members be able to sign agreements. If you do not utilise this functionality, please be assured that all other areas of the product, including class booking and payment processing continue to operate without issue. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this and can assure you we're working closely with our partner, Pandadoc, to have this resolved. A further update will be made available at 6:30pm BST.

Resolved Minor Gympass Booking - Degraded Performance

We are currently experiencing an issue that may impact the booking of a class or session through our partner, Gympass. If you use this integration, bookings may be marked as completed within the glofox interface but will fail in Gympass. We are working with our partner to resolve this, and are confident full booking functionality within Gympass will return shortly. All other areas of the glofox platform continue to function normally at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience caused if you use this integration. A further update will be available in 30mins (16:15 BST)

Resolved Minor Third party vendor outage causing errors on platform

We have been made aware that one of our third party vendors is currently experiencing an outage. During this time Glofox users will receive error messages on the following parts of the system: 1) Access tab; 2) Member details tab related to e-agreements; and 3) Navigating to Member Accounts via reporting. We are in constant communication with our vendor and will share progress updates as they become available.

Resolved Minor Degraded Performance - glofox platform

Performance is currently degraded across the Glofox Dashboard and Mobile Apps. Loading is taking longer than normal as a result, and in some cases, the website is not responding. Our team are working on this at present and further updates will follow on shortly.

Resolved Minor Degraded Performance - glofox reporting

Due to an issue with our third party insights platform, Looker, access to some embedded reports within the glofox dashboard (including: members, lost members, money owed and e-agreements) is intermittent. If you are a glofox insights subscriber, you may also be unable to access your glofox insights dashboard at this time, or receive a message stating that 'Looker is unavailable' No other functionality is impacted, with all booking / transaction processing features, along with the glofox app and web portal operating without disruption. We are working with our third-party provider to resolve this as soon as possible and will have a further update shortly. Thank you for your patience while we continue to investigate and resolve this issue.

Can I get a refund?
