We have an identified an issue with Cloudflare, a third party provider to Glofox that is impacting customers in North America. We have taken steps to redirect traffic and the service is recovering. If you are experiencing issues, please ‘Hard Refresh’ your browser (CTRL + Shift + R on Windows / cmd + shift + R on Mac) and attempt to reload Glofox.
Resolved Degraded Performance - Glofox Platform
Performance is currently degraded across the Glofox Dashboard and Mobile Apps. Loading is taking longer than normal as a result, and in some cases, the website is not responding. Our team are working on this at present and further updates will follow on status.glofox.com shortly.

We are investigating reports that some customers are currently unable to load the ‘membership’ tab within a member profile in the admin dashboard. All other elements of the platform, including all member facing elements, are operating as expected. We are investigating these reports and will provide an update shortly.
