Resolved Increased latency and error rate
We are currently investigating an increase in latency and error rate in our us-east1 region.
Resolved Instagram Comments Delayed
We are experiencing a high load of comments incoming from Facebook and Instagram, which could cause some delays into creating tickets in the helpdesk.

There seem to be a problem with Google Cloud in a region where we have two clusters located; this may lead to slower load times, higher error rates and longer delays into getting messages. We're investigating the issue and will come back to you as fast as possible.

We received reports that attachment images were not loading or taking longer than usual to load. We've identified the root cause, applied a fix and are monitoring the situation.
