現在、iOS 端末における HENNGE Lock Plus において、Microsoft Teams アプリに対し 証明書ログインを実施すると、以下のエラーとなりログインが完了しない事象を確認しております。 エラー内容: サインイン エラー もう一度やり直してください なお、Microsoft Teams 以外の Microsoft 365 アプリに対しては、HENNGE Lock Plus 経由にて 同様のエラーなく証明書ログインが実施できることを合わせて確認しております。 本事象について、現状では Microsoft Teams アプリの仕様変更により発生している可能性が高いと推測され、 弊社システムチームにて Microsoft 社への問い合わせを含め、詳細について調査を実施しております。 ご迷惑をおかけし大変申し訳ございませんが、調査に進捗がございましたら改めて本ダッシュボードを更新してご案内いたします。

Resolved Minor An issue of HENNGE Device Certificate

現在、HENNGE Device Certificate に関して以下の事象が発生していることを確認しております。 ■ HENNGE Device Certificate 発行通知メールの遅延  HENNGE Access Control の管理画面より TSV ファイルをアップロードし証明書発行作業を行うも、  指定したメールアドレスに対し発行通知メールが受信されるまでに時間がかかっている。    → 通常より大幅に時間を要してしまうものの、お待ちいただくことで通知メールが送付されることを確認しております。 ■ iOS 端末において、HENNGE Device Certificate 発行通知メールのリンクをクリックするもエラーになる  iOS 端末において証明書発行通知メールから HENNGE Device Certificate の  インストールを行う際、以下のエラーが発生しインストールを行うことができない。  【エラーメッセージの例】   - プロファイルをインストールできませんでした リクエストがタイムアウトになりました。   - プロファイルをインストールできませんでした サーバへの接続を確立できませんでした。  → エラー発生後も複数回リンクをクリックいただくことや、お時間を空けたのち再度リンクから   インストール作業を実施いただくことで、改善される場合があることを確認しております。 上記につきまして、現在調査を行なっております。 ご迷惑をおかけし誠に申し訳ございません。

HENNGE Email DLP の一部 IP アドレスが、Spamhaus RBL に誤登録されていることをサービス監視で検知いたしました。 現在、Spamhaus への解除申請とともに対処を実施しております。 大変恐れ入りますが、次の内容のバウンスメールを受信したユーザー様は、メールの再配送を実施くださいますようお願いいたします。 ○ バウンスメールのエラー例 host[] said: 550 5.7.1 Service unavailable, Client host [] blocked using Spamhaus.
