Degraded performance in sync scheduling

This incident has been resolved, sync should be scheduled as normal.

We've rolled out the fix and syncs are being scheduled normally. Syncs that were running behind will automatically catch up. We will continue to monitor the issue.

Our sync scheduler is experiencing degraded performance. Syncs with a frequent schedule may be running behind schedule. We have identified the issue and we are rolling out a potential fix.
